1. Do I need to know how to code to use Quill?
No. Your posts and pages remain safe when upgrading.
2. Will I lose my existing blog posts or settings if I upgrade from Free to Pro?
Not at all. Upgrading from Quill Free to Quill Pro is a completely seamless process. All of your existing articles, images, categories, and Customizer settings will remain perfectly intact. The Pro version simply unlocks new features and premium layouts on top of what you already have.
3. Does Quill work with page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg?
Yes! Quill is fully optimized for the modern WordPress Block Editor (Gutenberg) with support for wide and full-width blocks. It is also completely compatible with popular drag-and-drop page builders like Elementor, Beaver Builder, and Divi if you want to build custom landing pages.
4. Is the theme fast and optimized for SEO?
Speed and SEO are built into Quill's DNA. We wrote clean, lightweight, bloat-free code that loads incredibly fast. The theme also includes native Schema.org markup and is fully compatible with top SEO plugins like Yoast, Rank Math, and All in One SEO to help your articles rank higher on Google.
5. Can I remove the "Theme by WPCodeQuill" footer credit?
The free version includes our standard attribution link to help spread the word. However, upgrading to Quill Pro gives you a "Footer Copyright" setting in the Customizer, allowing you to easily remove our link and replace it with your own custom copyright text.
6. What happens if my Pro license expires? Will my site break?
Your website will never break! If you choose not to renew your annual license, you get to keep the Pro theme forever and your site will continue to function normally. You just need an active license to receive priority support and new feature updates.
7. I’m an agency. Can I use Quill Pro on my clients' websites?
Yes! If you purchase the "Unlimited Agency License," you are welcome to install Quill Pro on as many client websites as you want.
