User Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 28, 2026
These terms explain the rules for using WordPress Themes, Plugins & PHP code from WPCodeQuill. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
1. Membership
You do not need to be a member to view the site. Some areas or services may be for members only. If you sign up as a member, you will need to agree to a separate Membership Agreement.
2. Ownership & Use
Using the site does not give you ownership of any content, code, or materials on the site. You may download a single copy of content for personal, non-commercial use only and must keep any copyright notices intact. Products for sale are treated differently — see product terms.
3. Copyright complaints
If you think someone is infringing your copyright on the site, send us:
- Your contact details (address, phone, email)
- Where the material is on the site
- A description of the work you own
- A statement that your notice is correct and you are the owner (or authorised)
4. Trademarks
Trademarks, logos and names on the site belong to us or third parties. You may not use them without written permission from the owner.
5. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms at any time. We will post changes on the site. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept the new terms.
6. Your information
If you provide personal information while using the site, it must be accurate. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that data.
7. Linking to our site
If you link to our site, you must link to a full HTML page and not directly hotlink our images. Don’t frame our pages or hide our branding. We can ask you to remove any link at any time.
8. Third-party sites
We may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy or practices. Links do not mean endorsement.
9. Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided “as is” except where local law says otherwise. We do not promise the site is error-free or always available. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or special losses.
If the law does not allow us to exclude certain rights, our liability is limited to replacing services or paying for services again, or replacing goods or covering the cost of replacement — where applicable.
10. Law that applies
We operate from The Netherlands and these terms are governed by The Netherlands law. If you use the site from elsewhere, you are responsible for following local laws.
